Working, shopping and recreation at Parkboulevard
The Parkboulevard complex comprises retail space of 26,000 m², intended for large-scale retailing, an enclosed car park for 750 vehicles, an enclosed goods movement bay of 6,000 m² and at the top end of the park 2,500 m² for hospitality establishments with the look and feel of a greenhouse. Iv-Bouw was involved as an installation consultant from the provisional design all the way through to construction and after-care. One of the requirements was that nothing of the technical installations was allowed to be visible. Sustainable solutions were used in the large shops, such as air-air heat pumps and low-energy lighting
